NOTE: We charge for time out, not time used.

The tool you rent must be returned as clean as you received it or a cleaning charge will be assessed.
GENERAL INFORMATION
All large trailered equipment must be towed by a 1/2 ton pick-up truck or larger – no SUV’s or Vans per our insurance! If this is not possible, delivery is available. Thanks!
Equipment Problems
If you have a problem with any of our equipment, PLEASE notify us ASAP! This will allow us to rectify the problem quickly and adjust your rental time accordingly.
GOLDEN RULE
We try and treat all our customers as we would like to be treated if we were on the other side of the counter. We are sincerely interested in you having a good experience with any item you have rented from us. If you have a problem, please contact the store manager. We are interested in your long term, repeat business, and therefore desire to fulfill your expectations concerning the rental transaction.
